In February, the author attended the Madrona Fiber Festival in Tacoma, while working on a Poison Caramel Apple scarf. After encountering an error, she managed to fix it. Inspired by Franklin Habit’s class on knitting historical patterns, she and a friend decided to create their own Lady’s Traveling Cap as a blogging challenge.
