2022 Running Update : May-Nov

There have been ups and downs in my running progress this year. You may have noticed that my updates are well out-dated. This is mostly because I have been super busy. Apparently too busy to blog. 🙁 Let’s make up for this deficiency.

Running Update

May

  • Monthly Goal: 59.52 miles
  • Monthly Total: 37.76 miles
  • Total Monthly Goal progress: -21.76
  • Total Annual Goal progress: -8.61

June

  • Monthly Goal:57.60 miles
  • Monthly Total: 44.01 miles
  • Total Monthly Goal progress: -13.59

July

  • Monthly Goal: 59.52 miles
  • Monthly Total: 66.41 miles

August

  • Monthly Goal: 59.52 miles
  • Monthly Total: 55.26 miles
  • Total Monthly Goal progress: -4.26

  • Monthly Goal: 59.52 miles

  • Total Monthly Goal progress: +23.09

November

  • Monthly Goal: 57.60 miles
  • Monthly Total: 48.68 miles
  • Total Monthly Goal progress: -8.92
  • Total Annual Goal progress: +17.07

Only one more month to make my goal of 700 miles for the year. I am on track to make it despite the cold and dark!

    1. Outside. I find it difficult to run on treadmill because it shortens my stride. Lol. That sounds like I am good at running. My pace is 11 to 11:30. At least I am fairly consistent
