
There have been ups and downs in my running progress this year. You may have noticed that my updates are well out-dated. This is mostly because I have been super busy. Apparently too busy to blog. 🙁 Let’s make up for this deficiency.

Only one more month to make my goal of 700 miles for the year. I am on track to make it despite the cold and dark!
That’s an impressive number of miles! Do you run outside or on a treadmill?
Outside. I find it difficult to run on treadmill because it shortens my stride. Lol. That sounds like I am good at running. My pace is 11 to 11:30. At least I am fairly consistent
